For denim, conventional line
Fabric inlet from weavers beam J-box, VIBRA-PLUS cleaning, SINGER, VIBRA-PLUS cleaning, plaiter / folder and / or to finishing unit

The sketch shows a standard singeing machine, with inlet from weavers beam, J-box for non-stop operation, cleaning in front and behind the singer, singer equipped with 2 burners to singe face twice or face and reverse side, and plaiter / folder at the exit or by-pass to the following finishing line with weft straightening and sanforising etc.


For denim with washing
Fabric inlet with scray, VIBRA-PLUS cleaning, SINGER, VIBRA-PLUS cleaning, 3 or 4 washing compartments continuously to Sanfor unit

Denim fabric today often is washed and relaxed in a 3 or 4 compartment washing unit, following the singeing machine. Fabric can be batched or is guided to the following finishing unit.
